Welcome to Agumentik Educamp Private Limited (“Agumentik Educamp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.agumentikeducamp.com and participation in our courses, including the Agumentik Special Program. By accessing our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Course Enrollment:

  1. Eligibility:
    • Meet Prerequisites: Fulfill any prerequisites specified for the course.
    • Provide Accurate Information: Ensure all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
  2. Enrollment Confirmation:
    • Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your course, including start dates, required materials, and other relevant information.

2. Course Fees and Payment:

  1. Fee Structure:
    • Course Fees: Fees for each course are specified on our website and must be paid in full before the course commences.
    • Additional Costs: Any extra costs, such as materials or exams, will be communicated separately.
  2. Payment Terms:
    • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments through credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods specified on our website.
    • Late Payments: Delayed payments may result in a delay or cancellation of your enrollment. A penalty of 500 INR per day will apply for each day the payment is delayed for the next 30 Days.

3. Refund and Fee Policy:

  1. Registration/Enrollment Fee: 15,000 INR
    • Registration/Enrollment Fee Partially refundable under the following conditions:
      • Within 2 Hours of Bill Generation: 13,000 INR will be refunded; a consultancy fee of 2,000 INR will be deducted.
      • Within 7 Days of Enrollment: 10,000 INR will be refunded; a consultancy fee of 5,000 INR will be deducted.
      • After 15 Days of Enrollment: No refund will be provided.
  2. Fee Refund Policy for Unemployed:
    • Comprehensive Practical Skills Training: Students who do not secure placement within 90 days of degree issuance, despite completing 18 to 30 months of internship (depends on Program Selection) and dual placement support, are eligible for a 70% refund if they maintain at least 80% attendance in classroom programs and Placement focused Skill Development training sessions.
    • Penalty for Delay: Agumentik Educamp will pay a penalty of 500 INR per week for delayed payments after the 90 days of degree issuance.
    • Strong Academic and Training Performance: Students achieving more than 65% in our Professional Academic Degree Courses and at least 80% during placement focused Skill Development Courses, with a minimum 80% attendance and achieving more than 75%, but who do not secure placement within 90 days, are eligible for a 70% refund.
    • Penalty for Delay: Similar to above, a penalty of 500 INR per week will apply for delayed payments after 90 days of degree issuance.
  3. Laptop Issuance Policy:
    • Distribution: A laptop will be provided within 90 days of enrollment or 45 days from the commencement of classes.
    • Purpose: The laptop is intended for practical skills training and assessments, including MTE, ETE, Viva, GD, interviews, or other assigned tasks.

4. Placement Assurance:

  1. Performance Criteria:
    • 80% Performance Requirement: To be eligible for placement assistance, students must achieve at least 80% in their placement oriented skill development Training Courses.
  2. Placement Support:
    • Internship and Job Placement: We provide comprehensive support, including internships and job placement assistance. However, final placement is contingent upon performance and job market conditions.

5. Intellectual Property Rights:

  1. Ownership:
    • Course Materials: All content, including text, videos, study materials, and presentations, is the intellectual property of Agumentik Educamp.
    • Unauthorized Use: Sharing or distributing course materials without authorization is prohibited and may result in legal action.
  2. Piracy Policy:
    • Prohibited Activities: Unauthorized sharing or uploading of course materials on any platform is considered piracy and will be subject to legal action.

6. Data Protection and Privacy:

  1. Data Usage:
    • Marketing and Research: We use your data for marketing within the Agumentik Group of Companies and for business analysis and research purposes. This may include cross-selling products and services within the group.
  2. Content Protection:
    • Security Measures: We implement robust security measures to protect your data during booking and content access. Unauthorized access or breaches will be addressed promptly.

7. Agumentik Educamp Security:

  1. Booking and Enrollment Security:
    • Secure Transactions: Financial transactions are processed through secure payment gateways to protect your personal and financial information.
    • Confidentiality: We ensure confidentiality and use your data only for the purposes outlined in this policy.
  2. Content Safety:
    • Protection Measures: Advanced security technologies are used to prevent unauthorized access to course materials.
    • Restricted Access: Course materials are accessible only to enrolled students.
  3. Brand Reputation:
    • Quality Assurance: We are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and security in our courses.
    • Feedback Mechanism: We address feedback and complaints promptly to protect and enhance our brand reputation.
    • Reputation Management: Students are expected to uphold the reputation of Agumentik Group & Agumentik Educamp at all times. Any actions, including defamatory statements or social media activities that harm the brand, will be addressed through legal channels.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

  1. Amendments:
    • Policy Updates: We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
