At Agumentik Educamp Private Limited, we strive to provide exceptional educational services through our Agumentik Placement-ready skill development Courses and Special Placement-ready Professional Degree Programs. However, we understand that certain circumstances may lead to the need for a refund. Our refund policy is crafted to balance fairness with our commitment to delivering quality education. Please read this policy thoroughly to ensure clarity on the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed.
1. Registration/Enrollment Fee Refund Policy
- Partially Refundable Enrollment Fee:
- Upon registration, students are required to pay an enrollment fee of ₹15,000. This fee is partially refundable under specific conditions outlined below.
- Refund Request Within 2 Hours of Bill Generation:
- If a refund request is submitted within two (2) hours of the bill generation, ₹13,000 of the enrollment fee will be refunded. A consultancy fee of ₹2,000 will be deducted as an administrative charge. The refund will be processed within fifteen (15) business days to the account from which the payment was originally made.
- Refund Request Within 7 Days of Enrollment:
- Refund requests made within seven (7) days of enrollment will result in a refund of ₹10,000. A consultancy fee of ₹5,000 will be deducted. This refund will also be processed within fifteen (15) business days.
- No Refund After 7 Days of Enrollment:
- No refunds will be provided after the lapse of seven (7) days from the date of enrollment. This is non-negotiable and binding.
2. Course Fee Refund Policy for Unemployment
- Eligibility for Refund:
- Placement-Focused Skill Development Training Courses: Candidates enrolled in our Placement-Focused Skill Development Training Courses are eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined below.
- Agumentik Special Program: This refund policy applies exclusively to those enrolled in the Agumentik Special Program, which integrates professional academic courses with placement-focused skill development training.
- Performance and Attendance Criteria:
- Professional Academic Courses: Candidates must achieve a minimum of 65% in their academic coursework and maintain at least 80% attendance. This requirement ensures that students are fully engaged and consistently performing at a level conducive to success.
- Skill Development Training Courses: For placement-focused Training courses, candidates must maintain at least 80% attendance and achieve a performance level of more than 75% in the training conducted by our industry experts. This is critical for developing the practical skills necessary for placement.
- Refund Conditions:
- Post-Training Placement: If a candidate meets the above performance and attendance criteria but does not secure placement within 90 days of completing the program, they are eligible for a refund of 70% of the fees paid.
- Penalty for Payment Delays: A penalty of 500 INR per week will be applied for any payment delays after 90 days from the date of degree issuance. This penalty applies to any remaining balances and is intended to ensure timely completion of financial obligations.
- Exclusions:
- Refunds are not applicable to students who fail to meet the academic or training performance and attendance criteria.
- Refunds are not available to candidates who violate any terms of the enrollment agreement, including but not limited to academic dishonesty, misconduct, or breach of contract.
- Refunds will not be processed for candidates who fail to complete the course or who drop out before fulfilling the program requirements.
- Additional Terms:
- Non-Transferability: Refund claims are non-transferable and must be made by the enrolled candidate only.
- Final Decision: The decision of Agumentik Educamp Private Limited regarding the eligibility and processing of refunds shall be final and binding.
- Documentation: Candidates must provide all required documentation, including proof of course completion, attendance records, and performance evaluations, to process any refund claims.
- Processing of Refund:
- The refund process will commence within Ninety (90) business days of the claim submission. Should there be any delay in settlement, Agumentik Educamp Private Limited will compensate the claimant with a penalty of ₹500 per week.
- Refund for Students with Strong Academic and Training Performance:
- If a student achieves more than sixty-five percent (65%) in academics and at least seventy-five percent (75%) during the Placement Focused Course training period, and still does not secure placement within ninety (90) days of their degree issuance, they are eligible for a seventy percent (70%) training fee refund. The same penalty for delayed payment applies.
- Refund Request Process:
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Agumentik Educamp administrative office or via email to grievance@agumentikeducamp.com. The request must include all relevant documentation, including proof of eligibility for the refund.
3. Delayed Fee Payments
- Penalty for Late Payment:
- Timely payment of all fees is crucial. Any delay in fee payment will attract a penalty of ₹500 per day. This is non-negotiable and will be strictly enforced.
- Forfeiture of Placement Guarantee:
- Non-compliance with the fee payment schedule may lead to the forfeiture of the placement guarantee provided by Agumentik Educamp. It is imperative that all financial obligations are met on time.
4. Laptop Issuance Policy for Agumentik Special Program
- Laptop Distribution:
- As part of our commitment to ensuring that students have the necessary tools for success, a laptop will be provided within ninety (90) days of enrollment or within forty-five (45) days of the commencement of classes. This laptop is intended for use in practical skills training, weekly university classes, and other assigned tasks.
- Laptop Return Clause:
- The laptop remains the property of Agumentik Educamp Private Limited until the student completes their course and all associated fees have been paid in full. If a student withdraws from the program before completion, the laptop must be returned in good working condition within seven (7) days of withdrawal.
- Non-Compliance and Penalties:
- Failure to return the laptop in the specified time frame or returning it in a damaged state may result in a penalty equivalent to the market value of the laptop.
5. Data Usage Policy
- Use of Student Data for Marketing and Business Analysis:
- By enrolling in any program, students consent to the use of their personal data by Agumentik Group and its affiliated companies for marketing purposes, business analysis, and cross-selling of services. This data will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws and will only be used to enhance the educational and professional opportunities available to the student.
- Opt-Out Clause:
- Students who wish to opt-out of data usage for marketing purposes must submit a written request to grievance@agumentikeducamp.com. Please note that opting out may limit the services and opportunities offered.
6. Intellectual Property and Content Usage Policy
- Ownership of Educational Materials:
- All content, including but not limited to videos, study materials, presentations, and related resources, provided through Agumentik Educamp are the exclusive property of Agumentik Educamp Private Limited. Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or reproduction of this content, whether for profit or non-profit purposes, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- Content Safety and Security:
- Students are responsible for the security of all educational materials provided to them. Any breach of content security, such as uploading materials to unauthorized platforms or sharing with third parties, will be considered a violation of intellectual property rights and will be prosecuted accordingly.
7. EdTech Security and Brand Protection
- Booking and Payment Security:
- All payments and bookings must be made through the official Agumentik Educamp channels. Any attempt to bypass these channels or engage in fraudulent activities will result in immediate expulsion from the program and potential legal action.
- Reputation Management:
- Students are expected to uphold the reputation of Agumentik Educamp at all times. Any actions, including defamatory statements or social media activities that harm the brand, will be addressed through legal channels.
- Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA):
- Upon enrollment, students may be required to sign an NDA that prohibits the disclosure of confidential information related to the program, its content, or proprietary methodologies used by Agumentik Educamp. Violation of this agreement will result in legal consequences.
8. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
- Reporting Issues:
- Students who encounter any issues or grievances are encouraged to report them immediately to grievance@agumentikeducamp.com. Our team is committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently.
- Escalation of Grievances:
- If a grievance is not resolved to the student’s satisfaction within twenty (20) business days, it may be escalated to senior management. Further, unresolved disputes may be referred to arbitration, as per the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- Jurisdiction:
- All legal matters related to this refund policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, India.
9. Miscellaneous
- Amendment of Policy:
- Agumentik Educamp reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students through official channels and will be effective immediately.
- Waiver:
- The failure of Agumentik Educamp to enforce any of the terms of this policy shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights.
- Severability:
- If any provision of this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Force Majeure
- Agumentik Educamp Private Limited will not be held liable for any delays in processing refunds due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or governmental regulations.
